I took this photograph of Hurricane Irma at about 8:40 PM on September 10, 2017 from the doorway alcove of my mother's home in Kissimee, Florida. Irma was still several hours away from Kissimee at that time, but was already bringing fairly heavy gusts and heavy rain to town. The light that you see is a pole light that is shining through the waving oak tree branches and Spanish moss. As you can hopefully tell from the photograph, it was raining and blowing heavily at the time.
