This photo was taken in the garden of my late grandmother, she always loved looking at her flowers, so to keep her memory alive I capture these.Time
I woke up to the frosty depths of the early morning as I ventured out into her garden, camera at the ready, capturing the blooming of the flowers. This photo was taken at 7:04AM.Lighting
I managed to capture this image with the morning sun working it’s manic as it began to rise behind me. I waited for the flower to shift in the right position to reflect that before taking the shot.Equipment
This was shot on a Canon EOS 1500D with a 18-55mm lens, no other equipment was required.Inspiration
My grandmothers love for her garden.Editing
I didn’t do any post processing apart from enhancing the pops of orange in the bud of the flower. In my camera bag
I tend to stick with my trusty Canon EOS 1500D 18-55mm and a spare battery and SD card just in case.Feedback
Look at where the suns positioned when taking phots of nature, a lot of the time the plants will play to the sun, making our jobs a lot easier.
