Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken right outside my house, in my front yard in Florida.

Time

It was about midday when the sun was at its highest point

Lighting

I wanted the viewer to see the lighting to see the flooded street and the lighting showed that

Equipment

I shot with a Nikon D3200

Inspiration

It was during the eye of hurricane Irma and the water in front of the kayak is actually my road but it was flooded so much I was able to kayak in the middle of it. So, before the back wall hit I captured this photo.

Editing

Increased the color saturation and the lighting just to really show the purple in the kayak and show the lighting.

In my camera bag

Just my two lenses and my camera. I have not really been able to afford anything else since, I have had this camera since 2016.

Feedback

Just go around and take photos, get down low and high and different angles. Dont be shy to break the barrier with people or the surrounding area.
