Lighting

It was very harsh lighting, and I didn’t have much with me to bounce light back away from the subject.

Equipment

I had my Sony camera at the time when I took this shot.

Inspiration

Nothing really.. just walking the beach and came across it. Figured out the right angle and captured it.

Editing

I do when I plan out a shoot, however this specific picture wasn’t planed. So I just found the most creative spot in my lens and started to shoot.

In my camera bag

A flash, extra lens.

Feedback

Get as low to the ground as possible and shoot up. Your subject will look bigger and you’ll capture more of it rather than a straight shot in front of it.
