Location

This photo was taken in Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park, Livingstone, Zambia while on vacation. I am a self-taught photographer with a great love of nature photography!

Time

This was a holiday of a lifetime for me, so I wanted to make sure I got lots of photo opportunities. This was taken mid-afternoon, it was so hot and all the lions were resting in the shade.

I was just in awe being able to see this kind of wildlife free in the wild and not in cages.
