This dock captured my interest and imagination while visiting a remote island in Nova Scotia. This fishing village had docks with storage sheds all along the shore, except this lovely spot. While taking photographs, the owners came out, visited a while and invited us onto their pier to enjoy a quiet moment. The people were as lovely as this view!
