I really want to thank all of you and the judges, I entered this photo contest knowing I would rank somewhere But I never imagined winning contest finalist. I just want to give credit to the amazing model Andie Farris, photographers love to work with this beauty because she delivers every single time. I also want to thank our make-up artist Jaleisa from doing such a beautiful soft natural look for this shoot, nude and natural always wins when shooting models. This just encourages me to keep educating myself and continue shooting to perfect my craft. I'll always consider myself as a student no matter how long I've been in this business. For the aspiring photographer NEVER give up, just keep shooting and let no one take your joy away because we all started somewhere even me.
Thank you!

Location
I took this photo in Iowa at the beach.Time
I took the photo about 6:30 pm.Lighting
The lighting was very soft just perfect for me. I do remember telling Andie the beautiful model pictured that we had to hurry and get the shot before we lose all of the light we needed, it was us against the light. As I said before it was perfect but we knew if we didn't get that shot before 7 pm, it would be over.Equipment
No one ever believes it when I tell them I used my old Nikon D3100 with my favorite 85mm prime lens,I never leave home without that lens.Inspiration
What inspired me to take the photo is I wanted to do something more creative, as soon as Andie got in the water I could see my vision come alive when her reflection appeared that's when I saw the other woman and she was beautiful almost like I was looking at her in a mirror.Editing
To be honest I didn't have to do too much post-processing at all. The photo pretty much looked like this SOOC.All I kept thinking is how perfect is was.In my camera bag
I normally have my camera, kit lens, 55-200mm lens, and my 85mm prime. I shoot in natural lighting alot of the times so I hardly carry any artificial lighting.Feedback
For the photographer that may be inspired by this image just use your imagination, whatever your vision is shoot it without a shadow of a doubt. I do want to add, shooting in soft lighting was the best decision I made when it comes to this image.
