We took a special little trip off of the interstate after a very long night with the plan to be home by evening. May I mention that this was following a very lovely experience in planning as who knew that Iowa would not have any hotels due to a fireworks convention. You do get to stay in a nicer room and try your best not to remind any particular only other person in the car that your suggestion was to have a hotel booked. I did get the nicer of the two bed options so I think that was the apology. But who doesn't like to still laugh about the mishaps and check things like this off the bucket list as you continue on. Silly things like this in true Odd American Fashion were luckily a mutual thing we were humored by. We would have been more humored if it could have been making us brunch.
