Now this is a way to spend the day. After a very traumatic night camping. I do not think that I got one bit of sleep thanks to a very serious animal fight that lasted for hours. Our imaginations were much larger than the raccoons that despite being from the country, had no idea could be so ferocious. At least this was the scene the next day. Other visitors acted like nothing happened. Great temperature and wonderful weather for late summer on Lake Michigan. Minneapolis by nightfall so not my normal travel speed but seeing a lot half awake.
