Couldn't sleep, so when I saw some flashes of lightning in the distance at 4am, grabbed the gear and went in pursuit of some storm photography. When I got to the coast the storm had fizzled out a little, and I almost turned the truck back home. Decided to wait it out though, and got treated to the remains of the storm lit up at sunrise, at Anclote on the Gulf. Patience and adaptability, the best two tools a photographer can have!
