Because when people where watching this picture they where filling comfortable.in 807 a.c. pirates where boarded on the beach of the monastery of vatopedi in thw holy mountain of greece
to attack early the morning when the monks used to open the gates.the leader of the monastery left alone in the church to pray.suddenly heared a voice saying today dont open the doors just go to the walls and defende your self from pirates.the baby jesus try to close her mouth saying no mother they dont diserve it,but holy mother grabed his hand and repeat the same words.the picture freezed in this position.the leader waked up the monks and defende the monastery successfully.what happened to the pirates is an another story
