Some weeks before I took that picture we found that location and decided right away that it would be the perfect spot for a snowboard photo. But we had to wait for the right weather and avalanche conditions. One weekend, when the weather was supposed to be good we came back to get the photo. When we arrived on the mountain clouds were moving in and we couldn't see anything. We waited in an igloo for two hours and then we got lucky and it cleared up for a short time. I'm happy we managed to get this photo before the clouds covered the sun again.
