Location
This is the photograph of a well known Nahargarh fort situated at Jaipur in the state of Rajasthan (India). I am not a professional photographer. I do it because I like it. Whenever I got time of my schedule I do photography.Time
The photograph was taken during the late afternoon at around 5:00 pm. I was on a visit to Jaipur to spent some good time with my family. But the nature turned it's back on us and gave us a super-sunny day. But still we decided to have fun with a little faith in our heart that the weather will be good on the mountain where this fort was situated.Lighting
As I have told already that it was very sunny with small patches of cloud here and there. When I clicked this photograph all I have is a lot of sunlight.Equipment
I took this shot using Nikon D3200 with a basic 18-55 mm Nikhor lens. No flash, tripod and filters were used.Inspiration
As I am not a professional photographer I usually didn't decide what I am gonna shoot. For me it's just a game of instincts. I click, what I felt I like. I usually didn't prefer to roam around on a bright day, so I rarely got chances to take photograph on a sunny day. The thing that I liked most when I was clicking this photograph is the position of the cloud behind that kingly structure.Editing
I post processed this photograph in Adobe Lightroom. Being not a professional I can't talk technically about this photograph (because I didn't know how to). But what I know is, I convert this photograph to black and white and tried to highlight the details using black and white mix adjusters along with contrast adjusters. In my camera bag
I carry with me a Nikon D-3200 camera mounted with Nikhor 18-55 lens with a Nikon AF-S DX Nikkor 55-300mm F/4.5-5.6G VR Telephoto Zoom Lens (with supporting hood) as standby. i also carry a tripod and a remote for remote shutter release.Feedback
If by any chance you are out on a sunny day with some white clouds don't forget to look above. Because on such a day you can easily manage to maintain a huge contrast difference between your foreground and background.
