This past weekend, my wife and I decided to check out our neighboring city of Amberg. We walked around the "Old Town" part of the city. The area is filled with shops to fulfill your spending needs, along with two beautiful churches to visit and photograph their beauty.

During our walk through the town we came upon this accordion player playing lovely music. It was quite an interesting spot for him to set up, as you can see the spray painting above him. Nonetheless, it was wonderful listening to his music and a great photographic opportunity.

Another reason for the visit was because I received a 35mm 1.8 prime lens for my birthday and wanted to try it out. I've heard it is a great lens for city, portrait, and landscape photography and wanted to see first hand. The lens will take some getting use to, but I'm sure I'm going to love
