Location
This photograph was taken on the shores of the river, in Port Macquarie , New South Wales, Australia. A hot fishing spot these beautiful creatures flock in numbers to eat the fish that is left behind by the fisherman.Time
Early evening on a cold winters day. I only had an hour of sun light left when I saw the Pelicans swimming to shore.Lighting
There was just an hour of light left but it made for such a soft beautiful time of day that complimented the Pelicans' beautifully.Equipment
I always have my Sony Camera on me. This day I also had my sony 16-35mm zoom lens and a Manual focus 85mm that I like to play with. I found the Pelican's by a happy accident and was glad I had my camera with me.Inspiration
I'm always inspired by the things I see. That's why my camera comes with me everywhere I go.Editing
Very little. Cropping and sharpening. In my camera bag

There is no trick to this, just look around, allow yourself to be inspired and try to capture things in your own way every day.
