Location
I took this picture at the Alpe di Siusi, in the Dolomites Italy.Time
Probably this is one of the shots I care about most because it reminds me of that morning. It was 5.30 a.m. and I remember that I was alone in moving in that valley surrounded by low clouds and the sun that begins to rise in the mountains. What I remember most was the silence and these huts that blended perfectly with the landscape.Lighting
The light in this image speaks for itself, I published this image without editing it to leave it pure, like when I took it.Equipment
This photo was shot with a Canon 70D + 18-200 lens and a Manfrotto Tripod.Inspiration
What inspired me to take this picture is nature. The beauty that low clouds create in the landscape of this valley at dawn. It was the right reason to kill the routine and wake up early in the morning, in total silence and wake up with the mountains.Editing
I postproduced this shot but I did not publish it on Viewbug because I wanted to publish the pure version. In my camera bag
In my backpack I always have my faithful Canon 70D a travel tripod and a professional Manfrotto tripod. I bring with me all the lenses I have: 18-200, 24, 60 mm. I also have with me what is needed to clean lenses on the fly; ND and UV filters, backup batteries and chargers. So it is a backpack heavy enough to carry around, but choosing to approach the world of photography means to enjoy the weight you carry on your shoulders, when in a perfect condition you have everything you need to shoot the perfect image.Feedback
The place is fundamental. Let nature work for you and take advantage of the beauty that performs with your camera. Have a tripod with you and give yourself time to take the perfect picture. Take manual and study the light of the moment.
