During the early summer Bob and I were able to travel north towards Glennallen Alaska and on each trip we stopped at this pond on a maintenance road with access to the Alaska pipeline. In this pond we one Horned Grebe with one fledgling and we spent each weekend spending time observing them...falling in love!
