i dont get why there is 3 hands and only one body but i do like the concept. has she also got some sort of white tattoo or uv tattoo on her right foot leg?

The centre hand is a reflection of one of the other hands in the mirror. The "tattoo" is shadows from the leaves in the foreground. It's a very clever image - not mine BTW. Cheers.
