The plant is some relative of the Mimosa with similar leaf & blossom structures. This caught my eye on a morning walk, so I went home and got my a7Rii with Rokinon 500mm f6.3 DX catadioptric mirror lens. This is NOT a macro, it is about 2 meters away.

Hand-held, manual focus, 1-1000s. I'm especially fond of the bokeh of back-lit dew.
