I got a little studio in my flat. Just 2 backgrounds and a lamp. That's it! This shoot was a great experience for me, because I had a really good Hair and Make-Up artist und a talented model in front of the cam. We just wanted to do some bling bling things - that's one result.Time
It was a sunny afternoon in summer. But in my studio it is really dark so time doesn't mean anything to me.Lighting
It ist just one steady light in front of the model. Nothing more.Equipment
I shoot with a Nikon D610, a Sigma Art Lens 50mm/1.4 and a steady lamp form Jinbei.Inspiration
I wanted to do some Bling-Bling pictures with glitter and diamonds. And I love lips. Jenny, the model, has such great lips, that I wanted them to play to the gallery. That's why we just added diamonds to the lips and put some lace over the eyes, so the lips take center.Editing
Yea a did a bit of post-processing. I got a special preset done by me one to have nice konstrast in studio pictures. After that I did a bit of skin retouching -In my camera bag
I just have my camera (Nikon D610), a Sigma Art Lens 50mm/1.4, a Sigma Lens 18-200/3.5-6.3 and a prism. That's all I need.Feedback
Have a look at your model and what is special on her. Grab some "diamonds" and petrolatum and put them on the special of you model. Screen everthing else of. Then just get a frontal light on your model, get your camera and take that one shoot!
