I took this photo during my Tour du Mont Blanc. This is the moment a hiker enters Italy. The south side of the highest mountain of the Alps, the Monte Bianco-Mont Blanc is even rougher and steeper than the French side. The Peuterey ridge is one of the top challenges for any alpine climber.
