I took this photograph of the surf breaking against the pylons of the Daytona Beach Pier during a daylong shoot at Daytona Beach during mid April of 2017. I was trying to capture the way the water was striking and flying from the pylons with the surf in the background. I was standing onshore behind "Joe's" at the time.
