The op went well , eye taken away to the laboratory . He is still a little dizzy this morning.He's been eating and drinking ,Just getting used to his collar been moving the furniture to the walls so he has lots of space. The swab didnt fill with fluid so thats a great sign, back in the vets later for check up. Recovery takes up to ten days, so in a few days will see an improvement . Such a brave gentle boy wanting lots of cuddles which is what he's getting.

He has had Glaucoma , which makes so much pressure in the eye,very painfull for him , been on four types of meds for two weeks .

His lens went to the back of his eye making him blind.If he didnt have the op the eyeball could of exploded because of the pressure, was a very hard call to make , but he is our baby it had to been done at the end of the day .

Awwww ....what a beautiful boy!!! I am so glad to hear the surgery was a success. I would have had the surgery too, no doubt about it....they are family! I pray he will recover and lead a long and painless life!! : )
