A beautiful sunset at Mohawk Island Lighthouse (ca 1848) on Lake Erie.Hundreds of Cormorants and Ring Billed Gulls occupy the small island,which lies 2 kilometers offshore. The lighthouse once marked the entrance to the 2nd Welland Canal at Port Maitland.
