In summer water is falling from the mountain and is flowing between rocks and grass.

At the end of summer the sun cannot shine through the mist. Anyhow life and working the land go on as normal.

Light and shade in the field after the harvest. Bale of straw in the middle of the field.

Under the gutter, two big spider's web covered with frost.

In winter, last light of sun and half moon in a pastel-coloured sky watched behind naked branches.

The Bom Jesus Do Monte is one of the most famous picture of Portugal. This sanctuary has many stairways with a fountain on each level.
