Lazy groundhog

This happened while my son was at a swimming practice. Next to the pool there was a small shred of a forest, may be less than 100 trees, probably 30 by 30 yards, or so. I noticed this ground hog peeking out of a hole at the edge of the tree line. Instead of getting scared, it climbed out of the hole and on onto a nearby log and spread itself comfortably. Likely, due to the proximity of the pool, the fellow got used to the constant human presence. It was cautious but not overly so
