After a series of thunderstorms rolled through the Sunshine coast I ducked out to try my hand at getting some photos of lightning as it tore across the sky. Once the light show subdued however these little frogs could be heard everywhere and I couldn't resist tracking a few down and taking some photos. Amazingly, this small guy can leap up to 2 metres, hence the name "rocket frog".
