There are few traffic rules to obey in Vietnam. I saw this line-up of motor-bikes and one vehicle and it appeared awkward to my American eyes. The picture is full of questions to the unfamiliar person who has not been to this Asian culture. I loved it! Lovely people and a beautiful country.
