Location

Rousillion, Provence South of France it is situated in the Luberon, at the foot of the Monts de Vaucluse, t is surrounded by beautiful countryside. It is considered one of thebest villages in France

The sun is just catching the rocks nicely making them standout from the landscape

Inspiration

This is a typical hill top village in this part of France, the rocks are the dominant feature so define its character and the materials used in the buildings. Most photographs concentrate on the village itself, I wanted to reflect its setting.

Editing

A few simple tweaks in Photoshop only

Feedback

Make sure that the exposure is correct for any key feature, in this case rocks. Pay attention to composition it is very difficult, if not impossible, to adapt it in Photoshop
