Fireworks are tricky to shoot when using a cell phone camera. For me, timing & angle is everything.Equipment
Believe it or not this photo was shot with an iPhone. Not sure if this one was shot with an iPhone 6 or 8. I always shoot fireworks without a flash. A flash ruins the lighting of the fireworks, plus it disturbs the people around you.Inspiration
I love taking pictures of beautiful things. You can’t much more beautiful in a night sky than a fireworks show.Editing
Generally I just hit the lighting adjustment found in the edit tool on my phone.In my camera bag
I don’t actually use a bag, but I always carry a portable phone charger, usually stashed in a fanny pack.Feedback
With fireworks, more is better! I easily take dozens of shots, and most end up deleted.
