“Breakthrough is guaranteed, if there is enough light.”

The path ahead is not always filled with sunshine. It's important to push through and keep moving forward.
On this day i wasn´t planing on shooting the sunset but the light was so fantastic that i tryed my best to get to Pico de Arieiro in time for the show.
After piercing through the the never ending turn after turn of the road up, i reached the destination and found a spot high above the clouds and with the sun still a good 30 minutes away from turning up on the horizon. At the Pico, with over 1800 meters high, and well accompanied by a cold cutting and dare punishing wind i found Filipe Mendonça that had arrived a fiew minutes before me… the conditions, though harsh, were looking good and there we went..unfortnly minutes after a huge cloud coming from the north ended our fund and blessed us with some heavy rain to add to the wind that we allready felt!
This is one of the few photos i was able to get that day and i really hope you liked it!
I thank you for every like and comment.
