I first arrived at this famous New Zealand church before dinner and there wasn't a soul. I was there during the off-season so I didn't worry too much. When I arrived later (trying to beat the full moon rising) there were 3 buses and up to 50 people there as part of a wedding party doing astro wedding photography. It was fun to be a part of the wedding energy and such a special event for this family but it definitely put my amateur astrophotography skills to the test. I was racing that moon (left side of the photo) as well as the wedding crowd and felt it was an accomplishment to come away with one good photo. :)
