I was at the southern end of the Everglades near Flamingo. I wanted to take sequential pictures of the Milky Way moving across the sky for the purpose of creating a short .avi sequence. The dynamic sky looked promising but conditions deteriorated rapidly and I wasn't able to complete my task. Still, I managed a few compelling images ... hints of what lay behind the clouds. This is one of the first images I took that night.
