This was taken following the devastating floods in York in December 2015. The building n the photograph is the 'Bonding Warehouse' - originally a Victorian customs warehouse, but now home to a number of very up-market (and expensive!) flats overlooking the River Ouse. Or, in this case - IN the River Ouse :(
