I will admit that I have been struggling with depression for years now. Sometimes I have bad days where my thoughts are not in a good place. On such a bad day, I found this flyer while walking home. It woke from my thoughts and made me remember a vow that I had made. I will not let my depression make me take my life for I am living each day in memory of two people who took their lives. My friend Holly and my own father are who i vowed to live each day in memory of for they can't see the beauty of this earth anymore.

5 mile hike in total to and back from this bridge in very wooded area.

My sister's dog, Mia playing with her christmas gift. She loves stuff animals and can be found running around just limbs and pieces in her mouth.
