After seeing this scene, I thought it would be a good shot for a black and white. This spot is out in the middle of nowhere, where 30 years ago an ambitious builder put in all the roads and infrastructure for a massive community that never saw the first house built. Now, with crumbling roads and a huge network of offroad trails, it offers a few unique vantage points for photographs.
