It's always raining when I plan to have a photo walk. It's really frustrating because my gear is not weather sealed. In addition, my kit lens developed a fungus. This kind of situation is the apotheosis of having a bad luck season for a photographer. Despite all the unfavorable circumstances, we should always look at life from a different perspective.

Back in 2015, I met a cityscape photographer in Manila Bay. He told me "Don't let the rain stop you from shooting. Use it to your advantage from other photographers." Every time I remember this words from the middle-aged man, I always put into my mind that laziness shouldn't be in a photographer's dictionary. This photo was taken during a drizzle. Every time that I'm having a "photo walk", it's a habit that I'm bringing an umbrella in order to shoot even in a crazy weather.
