The photo was taken at Bonaventure Cemetery in Savannah, GA. The cemetery was built during a time when families invested heavily in monuments to remember family members who has passed on. The door caught my eye as I wandered about. I enhanced the colors in PS cc. This photo was punched by St. Joseph Hospital and printed on textured metal to duplicate the door. It hangs in the waiting area of the Emergency Room.Time

Take the time to look around you. You can easily miss wonderful shots by not being focused. My thoughts that day were to capture interesting shapes. The door was one of many I took that day but this one was clearly my best shot.
