Good morning sir, the respected Lady is sitting in "Padmasana". Padma means Lotus, Asana means Position, in Sanskrit language , India.
It is a meditative practice of ancient India.
In Chinese Buddhism and Tibetan Buddhism it is called "VAJRA POSITION".
Amazing benefits of doing Padmasana properly , is it relaxes the mind and calms the brain along with other health benefits. Doing this posture in the early morning has added health benefit also.
