This one has the potential to be a great piece of artwork. The man, with the statue and what appears to be a fountain is an awesome photo all by itself.
I don't know for sure, but it appears as if the "bubbles" or " stars" were added later as an edit. I feel like they should have been left off. Or at least, not so many and they should be more transparent/opaque.
Very good portrait, otherwise. Keep up the good work.
