I was coming out of the Ruby Mountains in Elko, Nevada.Time
It was afternoon, we had decided to head back because it was dumping rain up in the mountains... Nevada is quite flat otherwise and as we exited the canyon could see nice light off in the distance.Lighting

Just look for the light during a storm, then find a cool composition and using leading lines to direct the eye toward it.
