I was feeling a bit down, so my husband took me to a favourite spot overlooking the city. To relax and take some photos. Because I have Parkinson's and I had bad tremors , my husband took the tripod and got me to choose the scene I wanted to take. He then pressed the camera button for me. It helped me feel better, took my mind off my troubles.
