This was taken at the South Bank park lands in Brisbane. It is where the Buddha's Birthday festivities were held. A few people have come to this space to get away from the large crowd at the celebrations. This pond and seating is behind a temple that was constructed for the 1988 World Expo and then donated to the people of Brisbane by the people of Nepal and it's government. It is always a peaceful refuge from the hustle of the city.
