watched this buck walk up to the fence and effortlessly jump over - not really much of an obstacle

taking in the sun - or hiding its dinner

This was our first visit to Bald Eagle Days in Fountain Green, Utah...quite a few come into the area to Winter.

these are 4 "babies" from this year - mom and dad were only a few yards away with one on each side of the nest.

Heron

We have a lot of sparrows around our place and this Sharp Shinned Hawk - and a Kestral or two hang out here very often - especially in the mornings.
