Tiger is one of my most favorite animal to be photographed. I go all the way from Canada to Indian forests to capture this majestic beauty. Ranthambhore is another national park in India which I often visit. Filled with majestic tigers. The local people and officials are trying to protect the tigers in whatever way they can and now the tiger population is increasing in a large scale. This picture was taking during a mid day when the light was very harsh and experimenting with some techniques I could manage to cut the harsh light. This image is one of my favorite as it gives the viewer a there dimension feel.

Time

Noon time

Lighting

I had overexposed the image to avoid shadows and dark objects in the frame

Equipment

Taken on Nikon D5 , Nikkor 400 2.8

Inspiration

The royal tiger pose

Editing

Nothing much

In my camera bag

D6,D5, 400 2.8 , 800 5.6 and some wide angle

Try to over expose during bright light so that you can get away with the shadow
