Behind The Lens

Location

This was taken in the park near our house where our Hallie lives to play in the snow

Time

It was taken in the early morning not long after sunrise. Golden hour is the best.

Lighting

I live natural light, especially golden hours.

Equipment

I just used my Canon T6s with my kit lens(85-135) zoomed in. Handheld and no flash.

Inspiration

Hallie is our daughter’s retired guide dog and I just love photographing her. She loves the snow and I wanted to capture snowflakes on her.

Editing

I did a bit of post processing in Snapseed, mostly used curves to brighten it up and then some sharpness.

In my camera bag

I mostly use my Canon T6s with the kit lens or a 50mm. I also have a 70-200 zoom.

Feedback

Be patient, lol. My pup does not really like having her photo taken and will turn her head away the minute I point the camera at her.
