Early in the morning at the Arches National Park in Utah - Southwest USA. End of January 2017. Surrounded by huge, rusty-red rock monoliths and sandstone formations on a small plateau. Many small, ice cold water puddles on the ground. And then the surprise: glittering pieces of ice, which threw their shadows through the water. Everything would only be a few minutes, then they were melted .....
