I missed the entire first part of the set up for this picture of a nearly sunken powerboat being towed back to the dock for repairs. I believe that the announcer said that this was Boat 88 being towed back to the "pit" docks after crashing during a "heat" of that day's racing. As far as I know, no one was injured during the crash.
