As can be seen taken it quite bright sun light with the sun coming from my right (photographers left). and fill on top of the camera flash. The image was set up by me and the button was pressed by my wife.Equipment

The image Was as a request for a picture of myself to be used in various publications and as a profile picture. I am a community first responder for the South Western Ambulance Service Trust. SWAST. A volunteer working within the community being sent to heart attacks, strokes, breathing difficulties collapse cause unknown. In advance of an ambulance and being the nearest resource available in an emergency.Editing
None that I can remember. Reason being I don't have any tools on my MacBook no photoshop no Lightroom only iPhotos and not very good using these, so straight images. I try to get what I need first time. I use to do weddings and you didn't get the chance of well just one more just in case. 12 shots to the roll on the bronica and limited time as the bride and groom wanted to get to the party.In my camera bag

best I can say is look at the old masters paintings Rembrandt etc, they had a good control of how portrait should be lit.
