This is a composite of multiple exposures, taken "in the round", a technique explored by Catalan photographer-artist Pep Ventosa. I walked in a circle around this tree, stopping every few steps to take a shot with the tree centered in the frame. The stack of 26 images was then blended in such a way that each contributed an equal amount to the composite. I then selected one image of the child running with her ball, duplicated it to the top of the stack, and blended specific features from that image into the composite to provide some story and the hint of a perspective.
